Please talk to us – we never ever want to loose the contact with clients, so before we start on this process with your website, let’s chat. We get our clients involved in the process as much as possible as it is your website and not ours.

Irrespective if it's a new website design or a web re-design, we suggest you go out into the internet and have a look around and jot down websites that you like or elements in websites that you like. Then let us have some of these so that we can incorporate them in your design.

After this, we will email you some forms which need you to complete. At this point we will also talk about the virtues of hosting with a solid specialised Internet Service Provider like iTT CONNECT, our sister company.

Steps going forward:

Step 1 : New website design - you will need to send us all text and all images so that we can create your pages for you. For existing website re-design clients - we will make a copy of your website

Step 2 : Now we produce a Look & Feel page - this page will be designed to look like the final product and have all the information on it so that you can get a feel for what your website is going to look like. If there are changes to be made to the Look & Feel, we apply them and send you a second draft.

Step 3 : Once you approve this, we add all the pages and content and images based on this Look & Feel and complete the design.

Step 4 : Once done, you get to approve the final product and / or make final adjustments to the content.

Step 5 : SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) elements are added which makes the site more attractive to search engines.

Step 6 : ACL ( Active Cross Links ) are added which leads to better Google visibility over time.

Step 7 : We go live with your website

The entire process should take no more than 3 - 5 days depending on your feedback and voila! .... you have a new website that works!
